About Called to Rise

Called To Rise began because we believe that salvation is only the beginning of our Journey. God’s intention is for us to build our lives from that point forward upon the foundation of Christ. We are called to rise up and build a life that grows continually to reflect Christ more clearly. Jesus walked this earth as an example of what is possible when we are fully surrendered to His will and His ways. From the time we say yes to the kingdom of God to the day we greet Him in heaven, our goal is to dive deeper into God’s word and Go higher into the call He has given us. The purpose of our lives is to glorify His name and be a shining light in the darkness. A beacon that leads the lost to the hope and truth that sets them free. Called To Rise is meant to be just that, a beacon of hope filled with truth that will strengthen and propel the believer into the fullness God has stored up for those who believe in Jesus.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to rebuild the true God-given Identity of all who follow Christ using the building blocks left for us in the Word of God. We are determined to do our part for Christ to return to a bride without a spot or wrinkle. We hold to the idea that every believer is called to Rise with Christ through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. We Believe We are truly saints set apart for the kingdom of God. Our Intention is to live our lives to Glorify the One true King, Jesus Christ. We endeavor to live our lives filled with The light of the Lord. And believe It is our duty as the heirs of God to shine that light into the dark places of this world, to find and bring Love to the lost, bring freedom to the bond, and healing to the sick.

We Believe In…

Jesus Christ

The Son Of God

“In the beginning was the word the word was with God, and the word was God. He was in the beginning with God.

John 1:1-2

We Believe That Jesus Christ is the son of the one true God sent To die on the cross for the remission of our sins. He rose three days later, conquering death, Hell, and the grave. He ascended to heaven to be seated at the right hand of the Father. After Christ ascended, the Holy Spirit came to empower us not only to walk free from sin but to walk in the power and authority of Heaven. We believe in the Holy Trinity, Three in one; Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe in the laying on of hands and the infilling of the Holy Spirit with evidence of praying in other tongues.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life

John 3:16

Who is there to condemn us? Will Christ Jesus (the Messiah) who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

Romans 8:34

The God Head

We believe in the Trinity, Three in One: Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit.

When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

Luke 3:21-22

The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God

Luke 1:3-5

Holy Spirit

We Believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with Evidence of Praying in other Tongues.

And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.  And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;  they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Mark 16:15-18

When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 2:1-4

THE WORD OF
GOD

We believe the Bible is the undisputed Word of God. It is true in its entirety, God inspired and without error.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.”

2 Timothy 3:16

About Me

Hi, My Name Is Amy

I live in Florida with My husband and high school sweetheart, Doni. We have Loved each other through trial and triumph for Twenty-seven years and have four beautiful children together. God’s Love for me and my Love for God started a journey that would exchange my broken past for a victorious future. Along the way I discovered the power of our Christ-given identity. From my experience I have come to believes that knowing who you are in Christ Is one of the keys to unlocking all that God has stored up for us as Sons and Daughters. The power of this knowledge, has set me on a mission to build the Wall of Identity in those who belong to God. I believes The discovery of knowing not only who you are but whose you are has given backbone to my faith as a believer. I have experienced that without the knowledge of this truth, we are tossed about in the storms of life and have no firm foundation from which to fight the battles that come our way. However, with the understanding of our identity firmly intact, we have power and confidence to live a victorious, spirit-filled life.

If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you
